Prices and payments
The prices shown on the website may be updated at any time before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payments are processed through Stripe.
Once payment has been confirmed and the order has been received, the service will begin in accordance with the selected plan.
Revisions and delivery
The number of revisions, estimated delivery time and final scope of the service depend on the selected plan. For custom services, the customer agrees to review and validate the delivered materials within a reasonable period so as not to delay the project.
Cancellations and refunds
As these are personalised digital services, once work has started there may be limitations on withdrawal or refunds, especially if the service has already begun to be performed.
In this provisional version, any issue regarding cancellations or refunds will be handled case by case through the contact email.
Intellectual property
Designs, content, texts, visual elements and developments used by Lacre Moments SL. belong to the company or are used with permission. The customer may use the final invitation for the purpose for which it was contracted, without acquiring additional exploitation rights unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Liability
Lacre Moments SL. undertakes to provide the service with reasonable care, but shall not be liable for incidents resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer, third-party services, external technical interruptions or unintended use of the invitation by third parties.
